Bear & Deer - Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
1. Before Shipment:
In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24–48 business hours after receiving your cancellation request.
2. After Shipment / Returns:
If the order has already been dispatched or is being returned, we process the refund once the product is received and verified at our warehouse.

Online Payments (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking):
Refunds will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24–48 business hours of receiving the returned product. It may take an additional 2–3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. -
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Refunds for COD transactions will be processed through bank transfer to the account details shared by you via email. This will be initiated within 24–48 business hours after receiving the returned product and your bank details. The amount may take an additional 2–3 business days to appear in your account. -
Store Credit Option:
You may also choose to receive your refund as Bear & Deer Store Credit, which can be used for future purchases.
Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
Easy Return Policy:
Bear & Deer offers a 15-day easy return policy, allowing you to raise a return or exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order. Partial returns are also accepted, meaning you can request a return for one or more items from your order.
Steps to Initiate a Return or Replacement:

Send an email to admin@happima.com within 15 business days of receiving your order. -
Provide Details:
Include your order ID, a short description of your issue, and attach images of the product and invoice for reference. -
Product Pickup:
Our logistics partner will arrange a pickup within 2–4 business days. Refund or replacement will be initiated only after we receive the items in their original packaging, with all tags, labels, and barcodes intact.
